While he was a child, Jarrell often told his parents that he wanted to become a dentist. So much so, that he was one of the few children that actually enjoyed visits to the dentist office. In 2001, he was a freshmen in high school. He took a course in Mechanic Drawing. This is where he discovered his love for design and technical drawings. It altered his life drastically. He knew now that he wanted to become a designer.
In 2005, Jarrell graduated from high school and enrolled at Auburn University to major in Industrial Design. Industrial Design was the perfect program to allow for Jarrell's creativity and technical skills to flourish into what has become today. He would go on to graduate from Auburn's Industrial Design program in 2011.
After graduating from Auburn, in search of his first design job, Jarrell moved to Los Angeles. His first job was as an Exhibit Designer for Absolute Exhibits. He learned under the guidance of some of the industry's greatest minds. He would go on to work in Las Vegas and ultimately Orlando.
In an effort to further grow as a designer, Jarrell founded Spark Studios, LLC in 2018. However, in 2020, Coronavirus struck the United States and crippled the trade show industry. Despite this negative impact, he reached back to his Industrial Design roots and gained the confidence to fully spread his wings with Spark Studios. He is now ready to help you write you next chapter!
